We are seeking a Senior Contracts & Procurement Advisor to join our Integrated Projects team on a 1-year maximum term contract to support the contracts and procurement activities of MEPAU projects.
Job Description
Reporting to the Contracts & Procurement Lead you will:
Work efficiently and effectively within the end-to-end supply chain processes and systems.
Lead development of sourcing strategies in conjunction with stakeholders.
Prepare prequalification, tender documents as appropriate.
Critique technical scopes for tender packages and ensure they align with commercial contract documentation.
Lead negotiations, coordinate tender clarifications and undertake commercial evaluations.
Coordinate and lead the bid evaluation and prepare contract award documentation.
Draft and conform finalized contracts.
Compile regulatory reporting requirements.
Post award contract management as appropriate.
Undertake corporate Supply Chain functional duties as required (procedural updates, ts and cs updates etc.)
Assist with wider project functional tasks as required e.g. materials and logistical interface.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:
Relevant tertiary degree (e.g. economics, law, or supply chain management).
Minimum 5 years' experience within C&P in pre and post award C&P activities.
Oil and gas project procurement and construction contracts experience highly desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to make decisions with imprecise set of facts at disposal.
Strong skills in drafting and negotiating terms and conditions.
Sound organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management and influencing without authority.
High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail.
