This role will be instrumental in supporting the rollout of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, and ensuring these systems are successfully embedded into business operations.

Reporting to the Digital Transformation & Applications Lead, you will:

  • Support user acceptance testing, training coordination, and the transition of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors into steady-state operations.
  • Monitor the availability, performance, and security of SAP S/4HANA (Finance), SuccessFactors (HR), and Coupa (Procurement) systems.
  • Monitor integration points and interfaces across systems to ensure data flow consistency and timely resolution of issues.
  • System administration, including administering user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Manage and coordinate SaaS application update cycles for SAP, SuccessFactors, and Coupa, including release planning, change assessment, and user testing.
  • Build, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise system improvements, and support process optimisation initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

Our successful candidate will be a team player with a high level of initiative, attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service. In return, we are offering a generous remuneration package and a positive working culture where a focus on safety, respect, collaboration, integrity, innovation and excellence drive how we do business.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Basic knowledge of system integrations and data flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain reports or dashboards, using tools such as SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors reporting, Coupa analytics, or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with workflow design or configuration within business systems.

  • Ability to document system processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Value inclusive behaviour and foster an environment that values diversity.
  • Prior experience with energy industry or related industry experience.
